The Send page works in the browser on your phone or computer, so there is nothing to install. First fill in the pickup details: the phone number, a contact name and the address. Then open Delivery and add the receiver details in the same way. In Order Details, choose the vehicle and the delivery method, and add an items description or special instructions for the courier if you need to. Once both addresses are complete, the delivery rate is calculated for you, and the map shows the route between the pickup and delivery points. Check the rate and continue to payment.

Search for the place with Google, enter it manually by Block, Road, Building and Flat or Unit, type the map coordinates, or paste a location link that someone sent you. Add the phone number of the person at each end, so the courier can call if the gate or entrance is hard to find. Deliveries on the Send page are from Bahrain to Bahrain, and areas that can only be reached by boat, such as Hawar, are not served.

Then choose how fast it should arrive: Express or Instant, with pickup and drop-off within 90 minutes, 3-hour delivery, same-day or next-day. Prices start from BHD 0.8 and rise with distance, and all local prices include VAT. You can also schedule the order for later and set a delivery window with the earliest and the latest time the receiver is available.
